松山の伝統的なテキスタイル、伊予絣から着想を得て、ジャガード織で、瀬戸内海の鳥瞰の山や海を絣織のように、表現しています。織生地をガラスパネルに挟み込み、壁面装飾として設置いたしました。ガラスに挟み込まれたことにより、照明や自然光により時間帯によって色の見え方が変化する壁面になりました。

I designed the textile wall art for high-end residence inspired by local traditional craft textile called IYO IKAT weaving. Created the woven fabric and then, sandwiched the fabric between glasses panels.The design express the “Island and Sea”.
